To fulfil orders, to provide support, to prevent fraud, and — only where you have opted in — to send marketing email. We do not sell personal data.
Order records are retained for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Everything else is deleted within 90 days of you closing your account.
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to privacy@urmei.com. We respond within 30 days.
